Ingredients

• 1 C mayonnaise
• 14 oz artichoke hearts
• 1 C grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/8 t garlic salt
• 1 dash lemon juice

Instructions

1. Puree the artichoke hearts in a food processor, then mix with the remaining ingredients.
2. Heat at 325º for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
3. Serve with crackers.
