Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 14 oz artichoke hearts
- 1 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 t garlic salt
- 1 dash lemon juice
Instructions
- Puree the artichoke hearts in a food processor, then mix with the remaining ingredients.
- Heat at 325ยบ for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve with crackers.
